GRC Sage Terms of Service

Effective as of 10/07/2026

Last updated: 28 sep 2026

These terms apply when you use GRC Sage, including the GRC Career Readiness Scorecard, our free resources, the cohort programme and any paid add-on. Please read them before you pay. When you enrol, you'll be asked to tick a box confirming you accept them.

1. Who we are

GRC Sage is run by CyberSage Solutions Ltd ("we", "us").

Registered in Ireland,

Registered address: Drogheda, Ireland

Contact: [email protected]

2. Who can enrol

You must be 18 or over. You're enrolling as an individual for your own career development. If your employer is paying, tell us before you pay, because different terms may apply.

3. What the cohort programme includes

The core programme price covers:

The cohort's modules, delivered through our online course hub

Live group mentorship sessions, with recordings available to enrolled students

The Stark case project, which runs through every module

Feedback on the assigned tasks you submit

CV and LinkedIn guidance

Interview practice with feedback

The career guidance period in section 6, if you meet the completion requirements

The dates, schedule, price and number of seats for each cohort are shown on the enrolment page and in your confirmation email.

4. What is not included

These are paid add-ons. They are not part of the core programme price:

1:1 mentoring: private sessions with a mentor.

Application support: help running your job search, including preparing applications that you review and approve before anything is sent in your name.

Each add-on has its own price and description, shown when you buy it. You never need an add-on to complete the core programme. The add-ons are there if the included support isn't enough for you.

5. No job guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, a job offer, a particular salary, or a pass in any certification exam.

Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. Your results depend on your own effort, your background, where you apply, and the job market at the time. This applies to the core programme, the career guidance period and every add-on, including application support.

Your scorecard results, portfolio feedback and any assessment we give you are guidance only.

Anything we say about outcomes, on our website, in emails, on calls or on social media, describes what the programme is designed to help with. It is not a promise of any result.

6. Career guidance after the cohort

If you meet the completion requirements below, you can continue to get career guidance from us after your cohort ends, at no extra cost.

Completion requirements. By the cohort's final session, you must have:

attended, or watched the recording of, at least [80]% of the live sessions

submitted every assigned task, within [7] days of its deadline

completed all Stark project deliverables

completed the CV and LinkedIn tasks set during the cohort

We'll decide whether you've met these requirements, acting reasonably. If you're falling behind during the cohort, we'll let you know so you have a chance to catch up.

What the career guidance period includes:

[Monthly] live group career guidance sessions

Up to [2] CV reviews with written feedback, returned within [5] working days

Guidance on your job search approach and on the roles you're targeting, by email or in the group sessions

How long it lasts. The career guidance period starts on the day your cohort ends and lasts [6] months. It ends earlier if you accept a job offer in a GRC, risk, compliance or audit role, or if you ask us to end it.

What it is not. Career guidance is advice and feedback. We do not apply for jobs on your behalf, act as your recruiter, or continue supporting you until you're hired. If you want more support than this, you can buy an add-on (section 4).

7. Introductions to employers

We may choose to introduce students to employers, but we don't promise to. We'll only share your details with a named employer if you've separately agreed to it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment

The price for each cohort is shown on the enrolment page, excluding VAT that applies appriopriately.

You pay in full when you enrol. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your seat is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you get your confirmation email.

Add-ons are paid for when you buy them.

9. Your right to cancel and get a refund

The 14-day cancellation period. You can cancel your enrolment within 14 days of the day you pay, for a full refund, without giving a reason.

This window is before the course starts. Enrolment closes several weeks before each cohort starts, so your 14-day window ends before the first session. That's the time to decide. Course hub access opens on the cohort start date. We currently don't give hub access before the 14 days are up due to the actual course start date.

If you enrol less than 14 days before the start date and ask us to let you begin, then cancel within 14 days, we'll refund you minus a fair amount for the part of the programme you've already had.

How to cancel. Email [email protected] saying you want to cancel, or use the form at the end of these terms. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting your request, using the same payment method.

After the 14-day window. Fees are not refundable after the 14-day period ends, including if you stop attending, don't complete the programme, or change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights in section 10, or any other rights you have by law.

Transfer instead of cancelling. If something comes up before your cohort starts, you can ask to move to the next cohort instead. We'll agree to one transfer where we can, but it isn't guaranteed.

Add-ons. You have the same 14-day right to cancel an add-on. If you ask us to start an add-on within those 14 days and then cancel, we'll deduct a fair amount for what we've already provided. Once an add-on has been fully provided at your request, you can no longer cancel it.

10. If we change or cancel the programme

We may move individual sessions, change a mentor, or update content to keep it current. We'll tell you about any change as soon as we can.

If we cancel a cohort, or make a change that significantly reduces what you paid for, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next cohort.

We'll provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. If we don't, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

11. What we expect from you

Keep your course hub login to yourself. Access is for you only.

Treat other students, mentors and our team with respect. No harassment, discrimination or abuse.

Keep other students' personal information and work confidential.

Be truthful. Anything you put on your CV, LinkedIn or applications is your responsibility. Don't claim experience, qualifications or employment you don't have.

Don't record live sessions yourself or share recordings outside the cohort.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or remove you from the programme. Unless the breach is serious, we'll warn you first. If we remove you after the 14-day period, we won't refund fees for the rest of the programme, except where the law requires it.

12. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled students to watch later. Your camera is optional. If you speak during a session, your voice and name may appear in the recording. Recordings are only available to students in your cohort and aren't published anywhere else.

13. Course materials and your work

Our materials. Course content, templates, the Stark case materials, recordings and the scorecard belong to CyberSage Solutions Ltd. You get a personal licence to use them for your own learning. You can't copy, resell, share or publish them, or use them to train or teach others.

Your work. The work you create, such as your risk register, workpapers and memos, belongs to you. You can show it to employers and use it in your portfolio. If it includes Stark case material, you can use it for your job search but not publish the case material itself.

Access period. You'll have access to the course hub for [12] months after your cohort ends.

14. Third parties

Frameworks and certifications we teach, such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, GDPR, CompTIA and ISACA, belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. We use third-party platforms to run GRC Sage (listed in our Privacy Policy), and we're not responsible if one of them is briefly unavailable.

15. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you enrolled. This includes lost earnings, lost job opportunities and business losses, because the programme is for your personal career development.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme or add-on concerned.

16. Your personal data

How we use your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Complaints

If you're unhappy, email [email protected]. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and try to resolve it within 30 days. If you're in Ireland, you can also get advice from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie.

18. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute. If you live outside Ireland, you keep any consumer protection that the law of your own country gives you and that can't be excluded by agreement.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you paid. Changes won't apply to a cohort you've already paid for unless you agree to them.
